Talenses Executive is leading the search for a highly strategic Human Resources Director to lead the Latin America region of a global organization operating at the intersection of science, innovation, and consumer markets — and currently undergoing a major transformation journey on a global scale.

In this unique phase of organizational evolution, the role plays a pivotal part in shaping the People & Organization agenda for the region, ensuring strategic alignment with global corporate priorities while addressing the operational, cultural, and business dynamics of diverse markets across Latin America.

The HR Director Latam will be responsible for driving regional HR governance and leading the execution of key people strategies across multiple geographies. This includes organizational design, talent architecture, cultural integration, leadership and capability development, succession and performance management, employee experience, and the implementation of consistent people processes aligned with global standards.

In this capacity, the role will also act as a strategic enabler for local HR Business Partners, supporting them in translating global priorities into actionable regional initiatives and ensuring the adoption of best-in-class HR practices that accelerate business outcomes.

This is a high-impact leadership mandate, requiring senior professionals capable of navigating complex matrix organizations, multicultural environments, and large-scale HR transformation processes.

Ideal candidates will bring proven experience leading HR functions regionally across Latin America, preferably within large multinational groups exposed to global transformations, M&A-driven changes and evolving governance models. A strong track record in cultural change, global-local stakeholder management, senior leadership influence, and business-oriented HR partnering will be essential.

Relevant career backgrounds may include industries such as FMCG, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and other multinational organizations operating with complex regional governance structures.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is highly desirable. Advanced studies (MBA or equivalent), preferably with a focus on business or human capital, will be considered a strong asset.
